- Planner of the Day: Monday –Friday between 1:00 & 4:00 a planner is available to answer questions at the Planning Department counter without an appointment or by phone.
- Planners are also available to review files, to answer questions, or to provide detailed planning help by appointment Monday – Friday between 9:00 & 4:00.
- Inspections/Flaggings/Verifications (“lot inspections”) are completed by planners in the order of submission. Application Form
- Planners are available to answer all questions regarding clearing. For example: How do I find out what vegetation can be cleared on my property? When is a town permit required? What can be planted to avoid a violation? What plants are allowed for revegetation plantings? Appointments for meetings on-site or in-office are available Monday – Friday between 9:00 & 4:00.
