The Town Attorney's Office is responsible for contracts, coordinating with special outside counsel, providing legal advice to the Appointed Boards and Town Board, as well as the various Town Departments. The Office also writes and reviews contracts. The legal staff conducts closings when the Town sells or acquires property or assets.
